It was a small but packed venue at the Beaumont Theatre on Friday night, and the energy was wonderful. It was opening night of the Warless Rabbit show at the Beaumont Art Gallery, and I was lucky enough to be on hand to join Rick (aka Warless Rabbit) in our first live musical performance in Vancouver. The whole night was about sharing in art, music, and life, and we succeeded on all accounts! After the Aboriginal Friendship Society started things off with a fantastic performance, it was time for Warless to introduce "Pacific Northwest Reggae Folk Music" to Vancouver. And we think Vancouver liked it! We played a short 8-song set, but we certainly do think it's the start of something great.
